ECE-Department Rubrics for Oral Examinations — Version 1.1. Applies to PhD Oral Qualifying Exam, Annual Review, and Final Defense. Scoring should be between 1 – 4, with 4 being Excellent and 1 being Unsatisfactory. Each committee member should provide an independent score. The average score of all committee members is to be entered on the checklist.
