Description: This course is an introduction to the numerical solution of Maxwell's equations. A broad overview of the different solution methods applied to Maxwell's equations will be given and integral equation solution methods will be discussed in-depth. In particular, emphasis will be given to the writing of computer codes to efficiently solve a variety of problems with a view to understanding the numerical difficulties finite-precision arithmetic presents.
